Extend our warranty – register your stove / stove insert
RAIS provides a 5-year warranty on all wood stoves and fireplace inserts, which becomes effective upon delivery of the product. However, RAIS will extend the warranty from 5 to 8 years when you register your stove using the form below. There is also a 5-year break and crack guarantee on the natural material soapstone.
THE WARRANTY COVERS:
- Proven malfunctions due to faulty workmanship and production
- Documented faulty material
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Door and glazing gaskets
- Ceramic glass
- Chamber lining
- Surface appearance or texture of the natural stone
- The appearance of and colour changes in the stainless steel surfaces
- Thermal expansion noises
- Electrical parts
THE WARRANTY BECOMES VOID IF:
- Damage has been caused by overfiring
- Damage has occurred due to external influences
- Unsuitable fuel types have been used
- Regulatory or recommended installation requirements are not met
- Unauthorized modifications have been made to the stove
- Service and care of the oven has not been performed

In the event of damage to your stove or fireplace insert, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased. In the event of a warranty claim, RAIS determines the way in which the damage is repaired. In the event of repair, we will ensure professional execution.
For warranty claims on parts that have been replaced or repaired, please refer to national/EU laws/regulations on renewed warranty periods.
The warranty regulations in force at any time can be obtained from RAIS.
Extend the warranty from 5 to 8 years
However, RAIS will extend the warranty from 5 to 8 years when you register your stove on our website within six months of the date of purchase. The furnace registration form is under Warranty. Scan the QR code and register your product using the form on the website.
